These terms cover your use of primesolutionshq.com, operated by PRIME SOLUTIONS HQ LLC in Lake County, FL. The site describes AI implementation services for local service businesses. It is information, not an offer that becomes a contract when you read it.

Sending the contact form, or emailing brian@primesolutionshq.com, does not make you a client and does not require either of us to proceed. Paid work starts only when both sides agree in a separate written agreement. That agreement, not these website terms, governs the project.

Nothing on this site is legal advice, medical advice, dental advice, or financial advice. Descriptions of scheduling and intake are descriptions of software and operations, not advice about a case, a patient, or a claim.
Law firms and healthcare
Work for law firms is scheduling and intake only. The system does not give legal advice or speak as the attorney. Work for dental offices, med spas, and other healthcare businesses does not include a claim of HIPAA certification. Intake stays on scheduling and contact details, or uses vendors that will sign a business associate agreement, and that choice is made before patient information is collected.
Results
We do not guarantee rankings, ad savings, lead volume, bookings, or response times. Figures on the site that describe Brian Sidenberg's own businesses are descriptions of those businesses. They are not a forecast for anyone else.
Accounts
Phone numbers, inboxes, CRM seats, ad accounts, and similar tools used in a client project stay in the client's name unless a project agreement says otherwise. Client data is not mixed into his construction and service businesses.
Using the site
Don't misuse the form, probe the site, or send unlawful content. We may ignore a submission that looks automated or abusive.
The site's content
The text, logo, and layout of this site belong to PRIME SOLUTIONS HQ LLC. You may share links to it. You may not copy the site and present it as your own. Client materials and client accounts are not claimed by these terms.
Warranty and liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent Florida law allows, PRIME SOLUTIONS HQ LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, and liability related to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars. These website terms do not limit liability that a later project agreement handles, and they do not limit any liability Florida law does not allow us to limit.
Law
Florida law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes about the site belong in state or federal courts located in Florida.
